About Us
We’re a fabrication and welding shop focused on aluminum vessels and marine systems.
Our background includes years of hands-on experience in commercial fishing, which gives us a deep understanding of how boats need to be built, rigged, and maintained to hold up in real working conditions. Today, we apply that knowledge strictly from the shop side—designing, fabricating, repairing, and rebuilding vessels and marine components from the ground up.
We repower and refurbish commercial and recreational boats of all types—longliners, crabbers, tenders, charter boats, trollers, and more. That includes full mechanical upgrades, hull repairs, paint and coatings, interiors, windows, doors, and fishing systems. We’re able to bring worn vessels back to near-new condition at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.
In addition to vessel work, we fabricate a wide range of aluminum and stainless components—fuel tanks, stairways, gangways, railings, dock brackets, pad eyes, carts, trailers, ducting, flashing, benches, and structural parts. If it needs to be welded, shaped, or custom-built, we do it—with tight fit-up, clean welds, and durable results.
We also collaborate closely with skilled shipwrights, marine electricians, mechanics, and machinists to keep projects moving efficiently and ensure nothing is overlooked. Right now, we're partnering with ALPHA to repower Alaska’s first hybrid diesel-electric combo fishing vessel—the F/V Mirage—using a fully integrated and redundant hybrid system designed for real-world conditions.
